Processing time

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and are shown before you complete your order. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed:

Delivery times are estimates only and begin once the order leaves us, not from the time the order is placed.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available. Please allow up to [48 hours] for tracking to update.
Carrier delays
Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery is outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
Incorrect addresses

Lost or stolen packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as not received, or for packages lost or stolen after delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please contact your local carrier.
International orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These are not included in your order total and are not refundable.
Damaged in transit
